You'd expect better quality from apple. It's a great product if you dont touch it. No lie, i took off the plastic wrap to take a peak at the fine beauty, and i somehow ended up scratching it. Who wants to put the nano in a case, when it looks so cool with

the nano is great with playing music, but gets scratched and damaged easily, im think of going to apple and picking up some black faceplate replacements (now possible)
