Dr. Orifice
Defying style establishments by using fearless combinations of experimental rock, industrial mark features and ferocious alternative metal flows, each of Dr. Orifice's conceptions surfaces as an unmatched piece. Ben Marble (guitar, vocals) and Chris Cave (guitar) were the duo responsible for Dr. Orifice's first creations, by the time using such different designations as "Stool" or "Drilldo," before establishing as Clone #9 in 1998, a name which they used for a year. Settling down in Mobile, AL, and delivering a homemade recording of their first album, The Diary of Clone #9, they eventually decided to upload it on to www.mp3.com. The disc enjoyed an enthusiastic response, giving the squad the necessary thrill to start playing live. Counting on with a live crew consisting of drummer Trebor Genry, Jason Milliken, Damon Wood, and Brandi Kendrick, they then finally decided to change their name to Dr. Orifice in late 1999. During the following year, Dr. Orifice started working on what would be their second album, Y2Kiss My Orifice, delivered in December of 2000. ~ Mario Mesquita Borges
