I am primarily a songwriter/composer who learned MIDI and mixing from a friend at Yale. I've been singing since I was 7, and writing songs since my college days (a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away). I don't have a musical identity crisis. I just enjoy writing across many genres with the tools at my disposal. It challenges me musically and I like developing an ear for new chords, chord progressions, licks, and sounds. People in some circles would say I am transgenre'd. But I can pass for easy listening. God, I hate labels.
