MODS: PLEASE MAKE THIS A STICKY
Right a few of us spoke about this idea couple months back & just wanting to get some ideas from everyone....This will be used as a promotional tool for mp3.com to get more heads on the boards & also to encourage record labels to check out the featured unsigned taent we have on here....Here's a few I had in mind
12 emcees dropping 8 bar verses
Instrumental made from 3 beats from 3 producers
now for the tech...
the tune will start of with a lil intro & go into the first beat which will be taken by the first 4 emcees, the second beat must be at the same BPM as the first, this is basically to change up the sound so it doesnt get to repetitive, then then next 4 emcees will take that one...then same again for the 3rd beat taken by the last 4 emcees....
That's 32 bars of lyrics per beat shared between 4 emcees = 8 bars per emcee
I was thinking 3 different styles of beats...ie/. rugged underground beat, a pumpy mainstream type of beat & maybe sumin with some oldskool flava...not in this exact order
Now I'm up for making the first beat & dropping 8 bars...

This is not the specific order just a head count...the order will be done when mixing the accapellas to the intrumental..some emcees may sit better together than others etc...
Just Apply below & what type of beat you would specifically wanna jump on...

This is a great idea!! I wanna be involved in it i want to appear on the underground beat, but i dont have any accapellas and the studio is getting built and it is hard to really get anything done. Is there a finishing time for this project?You must be registered and logged in to post a message.

This will be dope, loads of different people from different backgrounds/Cultures i mean Bundy being english is suck a diffrent flow compaired to me when i am Scotttish. just shows how much of a difference a little dot on the world map has soo much change!You must be registered and logged in to post a message.

It aint big atall! but there are a few good ones out there! for example Blade! and a great producer like Mark B! Baby j is quite good too.
