New reviews, new favorites, new instruments, and how life has been
As some of you have probably already seen, I have 3 reviews I've posted in the last month or so. The 3 games are Halo 3 ODST, Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and left 4 Dead 2. All 3 of those games are super awesome and are gmes I love to play alot. Add me on XBL so we can play if you have any of those. I also got myself a brand new Fender Stratocaster guitar that looks chill and is awesome.
Even though I've found alot of s**t to do, this year has been my busiest as far as school is concerned. I'm only in my junior year, and jesus christ has it been crazy. AP American History and AP English 3 and Spanish2 are the worst. Basically here's a little rundown of my current schedule.
1st block: Algebra 2. Even though math is definitely not my best subject, its not that bad. I could be acing that class, but because I'm a lazy boy and have better things to do, I prefer not to do some of the assignments. The teacher is alright, though can get boring at times and cause me to fall asleep. I have a good amount of friends in that class, mostly seniors. But all in all, not a bad class.
2nd block (A): On "A" days, I have AP American history. Crazy hard, with full scale Cornell notes and research papers. Its a hard f*****g class, no doubt. The tests are ungodly difficult and pretty much impossible to 100% unless you practically know EVERYTHING from the chapter. Other than that, the teacher makes the class interesting and I have alot of my friends in there, so I guess its an even trade-off.
2nd block (B): On "B" days, I have AP English 3. This is definitely my hardest class, as we have countless Ap essays, reports on novels we read (most of which I do horrible on becuz I don't read the book assigned), oral exams, and ungodly difficult AP exams. The teacher is alright, can be an a**hole when he wants to be. Same people from 2nd block (A) though, so if it wasn't for that, I'd drop the damn class altogether.
3rd block: Executive Internship. This class can be summed up in 3 words: EASIEST CLASS EVER. All it is is just I have to be an aide, helper or errand boy for my guidance department, which is easy considering all I do is answer phones, make copies and run notes down to teachers. The main person behind this class assigns us crap which if you don't do you can still ace the "class". The exam is pie. Alot of people I know in here so a good deal overall.
4th block. Spanish 2. Ugh. Learning Spanish is more of a pain than I thought it would be. I can understand Spanish but I can;t speak it if my life depended on it, probably becuz I sleep in that class alot. Other than that, its easy to pass, but becuz - once again - I'm a lazy boy and have better things to do, I usually don't do my assignments or I do them and turn them in later. Good amount of people I know in there, so I guess that's good. lol
If you read all that, then kudos to you, fellow gamer. lol
Well, hello everyone. What's up?
Ok, um, I've sort of forgotten about this page and I've been busy, So I decided to update this damn thing. Wat's up guys and gals? U guys been doing good. My first week of my junior year went pretty good. Got golf starting next week. I have xbox live gold as some of you have been seeing already. My gamertag is SirLancealot325. Hit me up so we can play together!

Ride the Lightning by Metallica
Release Year: 1984
Memorable track(s): Well, everything, honestly.
Rounding out the top 5 is one of Metallica's best efforts, better than any of there other crap they've released after "The Black Album" (though "Fuel is good). Anyways, its an awesome album that shows the rise of thrash metal, and the rise of one of the best thrash metal bands ever. If you like thrash metal, there's a good chance you'll like this one.
Reign In Blood by Slayer
Release year: 1986
Memorable track(s): Angel Of Death, Raining Blood
Oh boy, I smell some controversy with this one. Well, I don't give a damn....
Reign In Blood is Slayer's best album by a mile, and is one of the most fastest and best thrash metal albums ever. Who doesn't love the opening scream, guitar solo and the double bass drum part right after the guitar solos on the opening track, "Angel Of Death"? You've just played "Raining Blood" on Guitar Hero 3; the Mosh 1 section is a b***h. But still, even though "Reign In Blood" clocks in at about 30 minutes (which is relatively short), you'll want to listen to it again and again afterwards. If you don't like this album, then you don't deserve to say you like thrash metal.
Paranoid by Black Sabbath
Release year: 1971
Memorable track(s): Iron Man, Paranoid, War Pigs
This and "Machine Head" (see #
are one of the first heavy metal albums ever to be released. And, damn, are they fabulous, as is this one. Who doesn't love the main riff to "Iron Man", the 7-minute long protest song "War Pigs", and the simply-designed but equally good "Paranoid"? By far one of the best heavy metal albums, no one will be able to replace this album. Be jealous, other bands.
The Number Of The Beast by Iron Maiden
Release year: 1982
Memorable track(s): The Number Of The Beast, Run To the Hills, Hallowed Be Thy Name
I know you Maiden fans were wondering "where was a Maiden album going to be?" Well, here you go. This album is by far their best album, and is mighty close to the top spot, at #2. For those of you who've never heard of this album, you'd be wondering if the band -- or, me -- was Satanic. But, I'm not and they're not either. Satanic can be answered by listening to any Slayer album besides Reign In Blood. The intro to the title track is absolutely fantastic, and is really fun to play on real guitar and on GH3. I could say this album is a God-given gift.... but then again, maybe not.... lol
Master Of Puppets by Metallica
Release year: 1986
Memorable track(s): Um, everything
I really don't know what to say about this album. Its just that good. Better than any metal album released ever (and forever) Master Of Puppets is where everything comes together. The solo in the title track is f*****g insane, and I can't imagine how difficult that could be to play on GH4. But anyways, Battery and Damage Inc. are some of the best thrash songs around, and beat any attempt for any new band to surpass this masterpiece. So, quite simply, Master Of Puppets truly is the Master of Metal and, in my opinion, the best metal album ever made, bar none.

Glitchspot
Okay, something glitchful is going on. A couple of days ago, I went from level 15 straight to level 17 in one night. Then last night, I went from 17 down to level one. WTF?!
Now, I went from 1 back up to level 19, and I'm about halfway through. I huess its preapring me for the metal slime part, and everyone who has surpassed the level has said that it takes a while to get past the level. So that's whats going on. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to glitchspot.
