Nintendo are having a promotion where if we refer each other, Nintendo will give us 500 free points (as long as you haven't used the Wii Shop Channel before or have only recently connected to it in for the first time in the last 30 days).

Anyway to do this, go into the Wii Shop channel, go to settings and then click on the right button big button option (person who helped) and enter my number (then i will do the same).

It was a quick level up though this level will take longer (the level name is one of the worst GS has). Good news is i am comfortably above my level targets and may have to change them if i maintain the same pace.

Thought i would put both together since i hit both marks around the same time which hasn't happened in a long time. While my posting numbers have slowed down, my leveling hasn't and managed to level up by the end of this month (expect to do the same for October).

I managed to level up again this month, so August has been a great month overall.

I got quite of a surprise when i logged in this morning and got a message saying i was mentioned in the (Community Report, check Spam Filter for all the info:

I was chosen as one of the people to recieve the FireStarter emblem which surprised me because the emblem was rarely given out and it used to be for people who started many heated discussions around Gamespot. But now it is for "talented discussion creators who tend to keep the hot forum icon".

It certainly is the best of all my emblems since its the biggest personal recognition i have received.
