I'm long overdue for an argument-provoking list.
I believe it was several months ago and I dearly miss them. So I've created a list that I hope will incite a cyber-riot among the music fans. So here are my TOP 25 ROCK VOCALISTS OF ALL TIME. It is not an opinion, it is what I believe to be unbiased and correct and I'd like to note that Roy Orbison and Elvis are purposely left out of this list.
