Do you remember ???

I know that many of you have written blog post or review of the old games. But this are the first games that I played and they have a special place in my heart.

So we start with Mario the plumber that goes to save the princess. He had a big moustache because it was difficult at the time to draw a mouth at that resolution. I think that everyone of you played that game. If you didn't play the original game with the 8 levels you played one of the many sequel.

Next we have duck hunter. It was easy just shoot the duck . O but that dog that laugh at you when you would fail to shoot the duck was starting p**s you off.

Then we go to the pc games and to the Warcraft ( the first one ) with his resolution of just 640*480 and a keyboard control. Yeah you could play this game with a mouse too just to indicate the location where you want to move the unit. But the keyboard shortcuts where vital.

The floppy disk was an important part of a gamer's life. I'm not sure but i think that wolfenstein 3D was on a disk. 1.44 Mb , and the original Doom .

So it's true that good things sometimes come in small packages.

Anyway this are only a few games. My first games played. We can talk here about the firs age of empires , the first and second diablo and the games on the spectrum .

Manic minner, harrier attack, skool daze, kane, river raid and so on.

I see that many people on gamespot have blogs and make random post or post like every day stuff. But if this is a community and you joined 1,2,3,10 months ago. Did you go to you're favourite games and review them ?? Even if they are old (like Diablo 2 , or Starcraft, or any other game that you played on the 486 or other old computer) and they have a bunch of other reviews from other users . Those games that you loved when you were a kid.

Do you go to those games and give'it a 10 ? Say there what do you like or dislike to that game ?? Or you just have this account just for having'it ? Waiting you're comments and responses.

I've logged in today and I was surprised (in a good way) to see the new and improved look of gamespot. It has a nicer page layout and a changed profile page. This is not just moving some things around. I think that It's a nice addition. The old layout was dusty and had to retire .....

Overall a 10 out of 10 for the new layout

I've just started to play Prey and I can tell it's a pretty good game. But this post is not about the game, it's not a review . If you've played the game you would know that you start in that club/bar/drinking place where are some video games (poker,blackjack and some other casino games).

Well I had the surprise to find a poker machine on the alien spaceship and I've started to play. I can tell you that I was really surprised when I've found out that If you choose only one card and change four you would have a ROYAL FLUSH. And after 3 minutes of gaming I had 9999999999 credits.

Hope this is not much of a spoiler and you would enjoy the game and this trick.

So I've tuned in last night to the live show featured by gamespot, the second day of the live coverage from E3 and I was amazed . So much content, new games or new parts of games that everyone awaits.

So let's start with Sonic and the latest games : Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood for the DS and Sonic Unleashed for WII, X360, PS3, PS2. In Sonic Unleashed we see a new face of Sonic and the game has now night stages where sonic isn't running as much as before or as in day stages but it's beating up his opponents.

Another game that I saw and was really amazed by was Spore which was so appreciated by everyone. And we had a first look at the history system that shows you the evolution of the creature.

Of course a lot of game were presented last night Skate It was a nice presence there and also Tom Clancy's EndWar with his in game voice commands and SIREN: Blood Curse which it will be a downloaded game and not a game that you will buy in stores. It will have 3 packs of 4 episodes each. Resident Evil 5 was also there and I cant tell you that it will be a smashing game, but only time will really tell and the players of course.

Anyway be sure to tune in tonight on the 3rd day of the E3 live coverage from gamespot.

So i've just finished Gow and IMO it's a very good game. Nice game play , framerate , story .

I was excited after I finished , to play the challenges .... Wellll... If the 1st challenge is easy , i mean very easy ... from the 2nd challenge up they start to be so hard that it will make some players give up trying.

I mean kill 20 foes without being hit is pretty rough , especially when you are being attacked by 5 foes at once and they all do a front flip and hit with the sword. I don't need to say that the front flip will give them a little extra power in the hit.

I don't want to mention the 3rd challenge where I am now because of the spoilers ( I know everybody hates them) .

Anyway just enjoy the game and do try the challenges because are a nice part of the game.

So I've just started to play this game and already finished the first ep of season 1 : Sam & Max Episode 101: Culture Shock and I just love this game. There are a lot of jokes and a lot of references about thing that are really out there (in real life ).

The driving part in this episode is just hilarious because : You are shooting someone's tail light and then pull them over to sanction them for a broken tail light and I will just mention this (there are some rampls involved and reckless driving)

In this episode you are in search of the man that hipnotized some child television stars to make them create havoc.

Anyway I don't want so explain other parts of the games because it will ruin the gameplay part.

I think that the 7.7 note is not quite real I would give it a 9 (at least).
