Hei guys, sorry to disturb while you're getting your game on but I need to pass an important messsage. You guys have to stop sending me so much mail. My inbox is clutered with 125+ unread messages. So, I need you guys to law low on the union telgrams, notifications and union invites okay? Thanks so much.
But you can resume the current over-cluttering once I;m done sorting out this mess first. I'll give you guys the say so when I'm ready.
Mine is probably a tie between EPIC, EA and Bungie. Love their games like Gears of War (EPIC), the FIFA series (EA), HALO (Bungie). You understand where I'm coming from right?
You guys got any other opinions?
Has anyone ver been hounded by the mods to take something offensive down? I've been to one union that claims they had to take a lo of stuff down because it was offensive. But ofcourse it was a fanboy union.
So, have any of you guys been hounded by the mods? If you have, just reply to this blog in a comment.
Thanks you.
I'm back again! I find it hard to be active these days. Got alot going on with college and other stuff. But i'll try to keep up.
REST IN PEACE MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON. YOU'LL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.
Has anyone else's GameSpot page turned to an all white skin? What is going on? Yesterday it was black now all of a sudden it has changed to white! And the problem is..... I'm not sure how to change it back!
Somebody help me. If the white goes on, I'm not gonna make it
I haven't been blogging lately. I've been more interested in posting in threads. So anyway, I'm going to start blogging again.... I hope all of you will read my blog post!
Good gaming everyone!
So lately I've been doing a bit of spring cleaning. I've removed all the games I rarely play, like i said in my last post. And now i'm removing my memebership in all the dead unions that I'm affiliated with. To make room for new unions you know. I think that I've still got a long way to go, but I'm still perserveirng.
I have started clearing out some of the old games that I rarely play. And by clearing out, I mean selling as second-hand games in mint condition. After all, it isn't much of a sacrifice, I really don't play those games anymore, and they just take up space. And in these stressful economic times, its always nice to have a few pennies lying around, isn't it?
Levelling up is a hard business. It takes contributions, image post, blog posts, video posts, and reviews to get you up the ladder. The highest stage of that ladder that I've seen so far, is level 41. And I'm only at level 11!!!! Nevermind, I'll just be patient and do my best to level up ASAP
Well, thus far, after all the New Year celebrations, I've been concentrating on my studies..... Who am I kidding? I haven't touched a book since my finals last year! So I'm really just gaming a lot these days. And also, I've been replying in my favourite union a lot, which is The Toonami Union. Its pretty much a very informative, awesome union! You could go in, without reading a thing from an X-Men comic for example, and when you're done replying in a thread, its as if you've read every issue of said comic!
My advice to everyone of my friends here on GameSpot, go join The Toonami Union

Its the furthest thing you can get from a dead union!
It's another New Year for us guys in Asia. Well I'm not Asian, but I'm holidaying here, so I guess I'm honorary.....
The Chinese here as really enthusiastic every time Chinese New Year comes, so lately I've been getting into their spirit. So any chance you get, just take a flight or a drive to places like Singapore,Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong or China itself (although everyone there only speak Mandarin in China so the first four contries are your best bet).
The New Year buzz lasts a week after the last day of the actual New Year (which was yesterday, the Chinese celebrate it for two days), so you guys still have a few days to put your controller down, step away from the television screen, take some time off work, and come down here and give yourself a well deserved brake. And give yor consoles a well deserved brake as well
Peace out guys!
Sorry this post is way overdue, but I've been concentrating more on my forum posts of late..... I only have 200 or so, so I thought that I'd crank up the numbers...
Anyways, I hope that all of you who are reading have a splendid new year. May it bring better fortune and better money than last year
. And may the video game industry go up in value
, and may Manchester United win the English Premiere League
....
Have a Happy New Year guys!
P.S.: If ever you want to talk about anything, anything at all. just join the Greek Chicken Union. A completely off-topic union.... Join up and we can talk about anything game and non-game related. See you guys there
So during the Christmas break, no, I will not be goin on XBL. No video-games for me. I think I'm just going to chill with some friends, not worry about our last year at high school and just relax and watch a nice Christmas movie. Then ofcourse a few actions and then horrors. I think Christmas should be a time to relax and enjoy the festivities with the family. Not be cooped up in your room playing Wrath of the Lich King. Or hog the HDTV playing Prince of Persia. So thats my advice to all you avid gamers out there, chill out this Christmas
. And remember, a lot of good games came out this year. So, seeing as how this is the holiday to give not receive, we should all purchase a few and give them to our friends or other family memebers!
Merry Christmas everyone!
Hi guys! The reason I posted this blog was to vent the pain of my make-shift PS3, because its under-used. The reason I say make-shift is because......... well technically its not a Sony product. I built by myself because a PS3 costs to much. So, I found a kind soul who sold me everything, cheap. And so I got working, with a little help from the internet ofcourse.
So, this blog is not about me bragging about my inablility to buy a PS3, but to voice the frustration of my make-shift PS3, because I have not used it but to watch a few Blu-ray movies. As for games, I only ever play MGS 4 on it. And ever since the first two months of release, I haven't played that title much. And since i didn't acquire the parts to go on PSN with my make-shift console, I couldn't enjoy the benefits of MGS. So thats pretty much it
Thats how frustrated an inanimate object can be. So I'll see you guys later
Have any of you noticed the adds for Tomb Raider Underworld on GameSpot? I mean the way the adds are quite leud, if you really take it in. I mean, all the add shows is her chest. Thats it! Her chest! And they have a few words to advertise their game slightly under it. And the worst part is, her shirt looks like it was meant for a 14 year old! God! If you wanna see my other post on this, click here. Dont worry, it'll open in a new window. And if you wanna comment, join the Greek Chicken Union.
I have been saving up for weeks now by doing mineal labour. But now i can finally indulge myself with a few games. I know a place where i can get them cheap, almost for free actually, so all my saving up actually only is $50. I had $500 at the start of the month, but that all went to investments. So with this $50, i plan to buy the most hyped up games of the year (well one of the most), which is CoD 5, Need for Speed Undercover and maybe one more. Depends on my mood really. So, hows things with you? Got any games recently?
I guessed that millions of people would have gone on Live to download the NXE. So, being the rebel that I am, I didn't!
Instead, like a nerd, I did homework. I guess I'll go on Live over the weekend. Less people will be on, thus less lag and it will be naturally easier to even log on to the thing.
The other day, I was cleaning out the garage on request of my mother, and to her own undoing, I found an old stash of video games. As you can see I just added them to my collection. I've played them all before, so it was easy to rate them. And after finding the games, I finished my job with the garage, and went straight into my room to work on my Play Station 1, personally because I don't trust the guys at the store. They tend to mis-handle an antique
. So after I got my PS1 working, I immediately booted it up to play Spyro. You might think that thats a weird selection but its a really enjoyable paltformer. Once you get past the pun of the main character, Spyro the purple 'DRAGON',who is reminiscent of Barney, the purple 'DINOSAUR'
. I know you might be thinking, "Is it because they're both purple?". Actually, no. It is because both of their specieses were set in existnce long before humans (that is if dragons are real. There is a lot of scepticism on this topic. I personally am on the fence about it).
Sorry for my recent inactivity. I was watching all my copies of Linkin Park's: Bleed It Out World Tour. I have one professionally recorded one on Blu-ray and maybe 7-9 others that i recorded myself while following their concerts through the many countries. The countries that they visited were all so different and rich with their own culture. Kind of makes you want to be one of them instead of just playing Rock Band 2 and Guitar Hero World Tour.
But i only managed to follow them through 7-9 countries as I was missing too many days of school
. So that was a real bummer, but what about you? How are you doing?
Even though I'm not an American citizen, I can't help but feel happy for President-Elect Barack Obama. Even though I knew that when the time came to vote I would not be able to, I still supported him throughout his 21 months of campaigning. Now that the anticipation is over, all that is left to do his watch him go during his first day in office, January 20, 2009.
