Check it out, one of the funnest things I've seen in a while
That's right guys and girls, OfficialBed is officially 23 years of age. I'm not really doing anything exciting today because I have to write an essay for College.
Not much in gaming news either. I started Battlefield Bad Company a few days ago and it's pretty sweet. The online is fun too. I had this game back when I had a PS3 (I don't have one anymore) and decided to pick it up awhile ago for 360. I'm debating on which game to get for 360...Borderlands or Dragon Age: Origins. I will get both eventually but I'm stuck on which one to get first.
Anyway, this is a short blog because I really need to get this essay out of the way so I can start studying for final exams which will be in 2 weeks.

*Edit - I just picked up Borderlands and Dragon Age: Origins. I couldn't decide between the two so I just got them both.
Well i`ve been playing FM3, and it`s a great racing game. You can buy a great variety of cars, american, japanese, and european.
The only problem is, is it loading time. It takes just to much time to load a single race. It varies from 3-5 min. And is to much time for me.
Other then that it is worth your money
Oh how the mighty have fallen. My Total Access subscription has run out and I'm thinking it isn't worth resubscribing when the benefits feel so minimal and the exclusivity so minor. Bit disappointing as I've been a TA subscriber for a long time, but the way things are now there isn't much reason to fork out the cash when you don't really get anything spectacular for it.
So back to joining the scruffy ranks of 'regular' users now. I feel dirty already.

Luckily, I live in the city where the most prestigious med school in Mexico is
BUT, it has the highest standards and the most difficult admission examn ever!

Some great news on the way! Take Care Mates
Hey guys, I know i dont really do this Gamespot thing anymore but ive been bored recently so whatever. I Just beat Dead Space, It was a pretty sweet game, although i felt like it could have been etter. I cant tell you exactely what could have been better it just feels like something is missing. Oh. How about a coherantly good story? It was farily recycled crap and the so called "twists" had no impact on me. How about for Dead space 2 they make a story i actually care about huh?
Lets see, since i havent been on in forever i wil also mention that i beat assasins creed and metal gear solid 4. For all thr hype surrounding MGS 4 i was farily excited being a huge mgs fan. Ultimately as a stand alone game it is outstanding, but for an entry in the Metal gear Franchise i was dissapointed. It felt like it was a too big a leap from the other MGS games and it felt like a shooter far too much. My favorite entry remains as metal gear solid 3. The boss battles in 4 were crap and half the game turnes into a shooting thing. Although i was satisfied by the final battle with liquid that was pretty sweet.
And assasins creed was fun, there is not much else to say about that one. Took a while for me to get into it but after i killed half the people i was supposed to kill i finally got interested. Yeah. Weird ending.
Anyway as for my personal life i am still going out with my girl, which is pictured below. Still in college, Prolly going into sometype of buisness major, maybe accounting or some crap like that. Anyway, nice talking to yall again, see ya later
Well I got Mercs 2 today, didn't play too long but I got a good feel for the game and i have to say i am impressed. The gameplay is great, if a little repetitive, there is the odd glitch but nothing game breaking (although one of my friends told me he had to restart a mission due to his objective spawning stuck inside a building), the graphics are a little shaky at times but the magnificent explosions and dynamite gameplay make up for that, the story is mediocre to low, but if it was a good story you were looking for, maybe you should look elsewhere.
Moving on to the real reason for this blog post, WHY THE HELL DID EA REGION LOCK THE GAME!?! It would be fine for most people if it was the standard region lock: you cant play a NTSC disc on a PAL console or vice versa. But no, EA has done it again, we cant play with any friends outside our regions anymore, much like Army of Two. Racial Segregation FTW!
Even though this problem could be easily fixed by a region hosting and search features.
What is the logic behind it? Is it to reduce lag? Push our international friends apart? Annoy us? Or maybe they just think we don't like each-other now and don't want to play together anymore.
Whatever reason you believe it is for, post your thoughts in the comment section below. I want some people to be aware of this issue before buying this game and future EA titles, hopefully it won't become a trend in the years to come.
Update: I have heard from multiple people that a likely reason for the uber-region locking is that because EA uses their own servers instead of Microsoft's they cannot support long range connections. Also i have found that the "Regions" seem to confine us to our country not our continent, as i cannot join my friend who lives in Amsterdam nor one who is in Scotland although he only lives at most 450 miles away!
I stumbled upon a game on the Xbox marketplace one night in a drunken rage, and to my suprise, I found a game spawned from the fiery hell of the 7 man game developer, Behemoth. Knowing that these seven godlike individuals created one of my top 10 games, Alien Hominid, I was interested. What I found was beyond anything I have ever stumbled upon whilst intoxicated.
Basically, you run around as one of 4 colored nights with an elemental magic based on their color, and beat the living **** out of every villian that crosses your side scrolling, and slightly 3-D, path. With 90+ weapons to collect, 20+ spherical animals to tame, some large unditermined character list to unlock, and a pretty long story mode, this game will keep you more entertained than most $60 retail games. Did I mention 4 player co-op for the entire story? This amazing game is only 1,200 points! Thats $15 dollars! Buy it, it pwns.

Finally, after weeks of calling countless times to many stores over the past few months, I have tracked down and bought earlier this morning a wii! While keeping my joy and delight to myself as I walked into Target, walked straight to the electronic department, and asking the salesperson for the wii all the while singing the happy happy joy joy song in my head. I also decided to pick up Smash Bros, Star Wars: Republic Commando (PC), and Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (PC) while I was there. Unfortunately I am at school right now and my last class doesn't end until 4:45pm! 
No doubt today is gonna go awfully slow but the wait will be well worth it! Just 5 hours and 47 minutes to go.
Well, that's all. I gotta go, the teacher is looking in my direction probably wondering why I'm typing during one of her boring as hell lectures.

I guess I'm tired of sitting on my ass playing video games. I want to do something creative, learn new stuff, have an objective... So I've decided to start working on my own short movie. I have ideas on what I want it to be and already designed characters and some environements, clothes, etc. The hard part will be to learn how to se blender (the 3D modeling and animation software I will be using) and get everything done. I still have a lot of ambition!

Man that episode of Atlantis, "Midway" was good. [spoilers] I thought it was intersting to see Teal'c and Ronon fighting. They would make a good team!! It was wierd seeing the Wraith on Earth. I hope thats as close as they ever come. I dont ever wanna be walking down the street and see a Wraith, lol. But all in all it was a damn good episode. Midway was destroyed, theres an easy way to piss away 2.2 billion dollars, ;( but it was intersting seeing Ronon Fight with Teal'c. [/spoilers]
So any body else watch it. It was pretty good. So anyway, gotta love a day outta school. Good ol' Presidents Day. Yep. Couldnt ask for more. Gonna watch some fireflys and some Andromeda(THE BEST SHOW EVERRRRRRR), maybe some Stargate later. Yep. So thats it for now, Hunt out.
