Schwarzenegger to CA State Assembly: F*** You?!

California's Governor Arnold ("Ah-nuld") Schwarzenegger is being accused of including a hidden message in his veto of a bill using an acrostic poem that spells out F-*-C-K Y-O-U vertically across the left margins. He says it was coincidental, but receiver says it was intentional.

Read below and tell me coincidence or not? (emphasis added by me)

To the Members of the California State Assembly

I am returning Assembly Bill 1176 without my signature.

For some time now I have lamented the fact that major issues are overlooked while many

unnecessary bills come to me for condiseration. Water reform, prison reform and health

care are major issues my Administration has brought to the table, but the Legislature just

kicks the can down the alley.

Yet another legislative year has come and gone without the major reforms Californians

overwhelmingly deserve. In light of this, and after careful consideration, I believe it is

unnecessary to sign this measure at this time.

Sincerely,

Arnold Schwarzenegger

Hmm, that is a little too coincidental. The way he words things and spaces it makes it look a bit intentional.

Very humorous. At least the guy has a sense of humor! I think the way things have been going in California for the last six to eight years he would have lost it by now! Jeffery

To quote The Governator from a great movie he did called True Lies *insert accent* "I don't believe in coincidence." *end accent* That was out right intentional.

I don't know it appears to childish for him to do but then again that's a mighty big coincidence lol.

Hmmmm...I don't know. I mean on the one hand it could easily be conincidence because for one thing how often do we really take the time to run our eyes up and down the vertical sides on everything we type. Who knows what we're all spelling. I mean what if it had been something with no negative connotation at all, would anyone had even seen? I just can't help but think people are reading way, way to much into it. Could it have been purposeful, for sure! Do I honestly think that...doubtful, what would it accomplish? There are much better ways for politicians to be spiteful and accomplish nothing. They do them every day (and we know California is no exception prop 8 ballots :cough so some anagram that was be splashed all over the internet in minutes was on purpose? Come on, not after the trick they pulled with prop 8, vote no for yes or whatever the deal was.

danharr: Yes, that does seem too coincidental. And awfully childish if he did it on purpose.

SMGslayer: Thanks for your comment. All I can say is that if it wasn't too coincidental, whoever wrote that has way too much time on their hands to be that creative on taxpayer's dime.

I think it's just one of those things where no matter how much we speculate there's no way to know one way or the other.
Posted 10/30/2009 5:05pm
SMGslayer: Yeah, we never will know for sure. But, it's fun to guess.
