Hello you all! I know, awesome title.. Ok, I'll just get on with it

I've started back at school. I'm at my nature/animal/agriculture school now. Well, not right this second, I'm at home for the weekend, but yes. All week I'm staying at the school/dorm. It's fun. I like the school. It is exhausting tho. I don't really have much/any spare energy to be social after school, so that gets kind of boring..it's actually a lot harder to be anti-social when there are bunches of people running around right outside my window.... But I just gotta try and get into everything, learn how much I can take during a week, and so on.. So yep.. The actual school is pretty cool tho. I get to hang in the stable during school time Also, I drove a tractor this week! That was pretty awesome. It was sooo slow tho! I walk faster than what I drove that tractor But that's ok. It was an old tractor. And they're not made for fast driving anyway, they're made for working. Hard work. I like tractors. I want a New Holland The school don't have any of those (Tho there was one visiting one of the days) but they got several others, so, you know, it's cool
Otherwise.. I've only really been there for a week, so I'm not entirely adjusted yet. Will bring the rabbits there sometime next month I think. Beyond that, there's not really a whole bunch more to say on that... Except for this one really, really awesome thing that I am totally, completely, freaking excited about

One of the closest neighbours to the school has got an Impala!!! I don't see the car/house from my room, and, seeing as it's a big school (you know, it's an actual farm, so they got quite a big area) closest neighbour isn't entirely close. Well, not far either, a few hundred metres. They gotta drive thru the school area to get to the main road tho, so, if I'm by the window, hear them coming, look out.... It's just annoying that 99% of the time it's not the Impala but some other car One of the times I saw it drive by, despite the obvious differences to Metallicar, it was just like seeing Dean and Sam dring by! And the sun hit the car perfectly, it was so beautiful Some day tho, I shall be lucky and actually be outside, about to cross the road myself (gotta cross the road to get from the dorm (and most other places) to the actualy school building) as the car drives by... I do have a plan tho, I'm gonna be there for 2 years, I got plenty of time, I am so gonna convince the dude to sell me the car! It is not a total Metallicar double tho. It is black and gorgeous and well kept and all of that, but it's a drop-top and it is not a 67. I don't know exactly what it is.. Haven't seen it too close ( Was close enough to read MPALA on the side That was the first time I saw it, we were out on a little sight-seeing and drove past the house), and I have to admit, my general Impala knowledge could be better... But it really does look like the Metallicar, so, based on what I do know, and Google Images, and the fairly little that I have actually seen of this particular car, I'm guessing on 66 (possibly 65, or some other year, but, based on the detailes that I know and love on Metallicar and the quick comparison I was able to do, I'm gonna put 66 as my official guess). Close enough. I am in Norway afterall, and the car is living right next to my school! What are the odds!?!

Another thing I'm excited about is: A1 is back! Well, semi back anyway. For those of you who don't know them (wouldn't surprise me if none of you do ) they're a British boy band from late 90s to early 00s. I love them, I really do. They are still my faves a1 is Ben, Mark, Paul and Christian (Chris is Norwegian btw, that's kinda fun. One of Norway's biggest/most selling artists ). They were formed in 99, released 3 albums, were huge in Europa and Asia, then they split in 02. Paul left first, then about a month later the rest of them decided to «take a break to work on solo stuff». That break has now lasted for almost 7 years. Chris has had success in Norway, 2 solo albums, plus a Christmas album. I don't remember exactly (don't pay much attention to the charts) but he's had at least one top 3 (think there was more than one), and several top 10 (singles and also the albums I believe). He has also been writing and producing for several other artists. Mark just released his solo album this summer. He's been doing a lot of writing (and producing I think) for bunches of other people aswell. Ben (my fave, I have to say So he's the one I've been paying closest attention to. I keep up with the others aswell, and I kind of get some free info on Chris seeing as he's Norw, so that is always fun ) Yes, back to Ben. He released one single. It flopped. I do know which song he should have done instead, and that was supposed to be the next single, but then he broke with his label (he did that upto several times) so nothing more has happened on that front. He has also been big on writing and producing for others. They all do that. That is one of the reasons why I love them so much. They're not just some pretty guys thrown together, where half of them can't even sing but are there just to make it look like a band. For each of their albums they wrote or co-wrote most of/all of their songs, and played their own instruments. Not all (boy bands) got that quality. As for Paul, he was for a while in this cover band (they covered RHCP mostly), so he stayed with music aswell. Just in a smaller/less recognised way. Supposedly he left coz he was uncomfortable with the celebrity status. Also the reason why he's not on now with the comeback. I miss him too, tho...
Now, info on the comeback! It's not a comeback for sure (They say they don't wanna call it a definite comeback, tho they also (always have, and still) say they don't wanna rule it out completely. Then again, they also didn't call the split a split at first, they called it «break» I stay optimistic, they have proven they don't always stay entirely true to what they say ) It is just a reunion, a 10 year anniversary. This summer they performed together as a1 for the first time in 6 years. They played on a Norwegian show. Coz they asked! The people from the show called Chris and he called the other guys and they just thought «Why not?», so they did it! And, despite all the time that had passed, and even the one member missing (they did perform a few times just the 3 of them back right before they split aswell but still), they claimed it felt like no time had passed, it just felt natural, and all the songs were still in their heads/fingers And they enjoyed it so much, the guys were here for about a week (they were gonna do that anyway. They've been keeping contact and have visited each other several times over the years) and did some writing and stuff, and, they decided, to the total excitement from all their fans, to do 4 gigs in December! In Norway! And I might go!!! And, you know, I got online friends from all over, who I met just because of a1, and might meet up with them..some of them.. There's this one chick in particular, I've been talking with her for years, she's from Holland, and she might come! I don't even know which I am more excited about! Seeing a1 or seeing her!

To continue my music talk, Good Charlotte are working on a new album aswell! Well excited about that! I love those guys! I think there's only like 2 songs out of their 4 first albums that I don't particularly like. All the others I like or love on some level. They are so wonderful! They got amazing songs/lyrics and Joel and Benji got great voices, and they all seem to be genuinly nice guys all thru I heart them.
And yes, there you got my top 2 within music.

TV! I am in the middle of rewatching SN before S5! Very excited! I think I've decided on doing a SN blog once I'm done watching, do a rewiev of sorts of the first 4 seasons, coz this is getting long enough as it is, and I'm not done with S4 quite yet, so. And when I get done, S5 will be really, really close! It already is really close but then it will be even closer! That will be so awesome!

Harper's Island: I am really slow at getting to this (even for me, as I finished about 2 weeks after the rest of you guys ) But you know, with everything that's been going on with the blogs and all.. And I promised Emiko I'd give her my thoughts, especially on the finale, so here it comes (possible spoilers) : Basically, the show, thruout, it just got better and better. I LOVED ep 12. It was awesome! The end was the most fantastic thing ever! I mean, the whole, with Trish running thru the forrest in her wedding gown, that was gorgeous! I love that scene! And then, she runs into Henry, and then the whole revelation.. It was amazing. Incredebly well done. And I never, ever, not in a milloin years did I suspect Henry! Never! I thought, if anyone were to get out alive, it would be him, Abby, and maybe Trish...well.. I was kind of almost right...tho not right at all.... I started suspecting the sherrif (Jim! ) rather early. Until they started blaming him on the show, then I figured it wasn't him afterall. Didn't believe it to be Jimmy, but I did start to suspect Sully becoz of his total convintion(sp?) it was Jimmy. You know, like he was trying to hard to get everyone against Jimmy so that people wouldn't start questioning him. But then it was Henry. Again, I never saw that coming. After it finished, all I could do for several moments was to just sit and stare at the screen going «Wow...wow...Wow! ....wow...» Ep 13... I was a little underwhelmed. Probably becoz of what happened in ep 12, so ep 13 kind of didn't have the same klimax.. I didn't really like the end.. I mean... Once it was all out in the open... and Henry started explaining himself etc...it kind of didn't make sense... It just....I dunno, felt weird... Obviously, the guy killed everyone so that he could be with his sister, still. And him not killing Jimmy, that was random and unneccesary So yea.. The show was good, the finale was not, but the second last ep was fantastic.
I only really liked one character here. It was kind of odd, seeing as I usually watch, at least partly, for the characters.. But here, the only one I actually liked (and him I really really really liked ) was Cal. He was so adorable! And his death was so heartwrenching!

Castle: (Kinda slow on this one also, tho I only finished a couple weeks ago) I really enjoyed that show! I've seen it now, over the summer, following the Norw TV schedule. I don't think I'll be able to wait for Norw tv for S2 tho! Plus I want to rewatch... I loved the Pilot. It kind of didn't really get much better, but it also didn't get worse. It evolved nicely. Excited for S2! I want more back story. Kate has really grown on me. I didn't not like he to begin with, but she has gotten so much deeper thruout the season. Rick is just..Rick Alexis is probably the one who has grown on me the most. I still find it semi annoying with the, like, not at all rebellious teenage daughter vs her partying grandma. But they have sort of toned it down a little bit, it's more bearable now. And, like I said, Alexis has really grown on me, I like her now, and I love how they do her and Rick's relationship
And the finale! Man, I got so mad at them!! I was so ready to get some huge revelation, then *black!* Me: *.....Huh? WHAT! NO! Nooo no no no no!! :O :O :O That is so mean! That is so mean! That is like.... almost Kripke level!! :O :O :O * hahaha So yes, bring on S2! And, coz I'm lazy I'll just ask here so I don't need to go search for it : Do any of you know when S2 starts? And how many eps will there be?

How I Met Your Mother: I really wanna see HIMYM. I don't know, I've only seen a few randoms eps, but the last couple of weeks I've been having these like withdrawls. It's weird I am kind of in the middle of watching L&C and Heartland, but I had to pause them to get to SN, so maybe I'll just continue keeping them on hold, and start watching HIMYM just as I finish SN.. Or I'll watch all 3 shows at the same time, that works too (Possibly rewatch Castle also... ). All I know is I need to get to it soon I have been thinking to watch it anyway, just didn't think I'd feel it like this, making me push other things aside to get to it

I saw Flight of the Phoenix last night. Was on TV. It was good. Jared wasn't in there a whole lot, he was there only to get lost really I found that rather amusing, how he got lost, and the last bit we saw of him..all.. hah! If you've seen the movie, you know what I'm talking about All in all, a good movie. Not a great movie, but a good movie. I didn't really feel any of the characters tho. Uhm..what's his name (see, I don't even remember his name, that's a great sign!),*looks it up* Elliott. He was kind of interesting. But not really. He was a bit odd. And then too odd. So yea.. I think they tried, a little, to provide some kind of connection to the characters but they failed. More or less. I mean, at the end, there was this far shot where all of them were shown, and I counted them just to see how many where there, coz I had no clue. That's about how fascinating they made their characters. Ok, enough with that. Despite the lack of fun characters, the movie really was good. The consept sounds kind of over-done and all, but it really could have been executed in a far more terrible way. It has been done in more terrible ways. It was actually a pretty good version. It was kind of frustrating tho, coz everytime they (characters) got something right, made some improvement, got some hope, soething happened to put them back again. And again. And again.. Like I said, good movie, don't avoid it if you're a Jared fan just coz he's not in it much, coz it is still worth the watch. And if you're into House/Hugh Laurie, he's got a kind of big part. And those are the only two that I know from before. Enoguh.

On an entirely different level, Firefox has stopped working on my laptop I love Firefox! I thought it was only at school, coz that's when I first had the problem, but now I can't get on here either No way I'm gonna do with IE, so I'm on Opera for the time being. I miss the Firefox tho! I gotta get it fixed. Probably take the lappy to the computer dude at school. Supposedly he's a genious.

To jump on something entirely different again: Election: Monday September 14th is the Norwegian election. Stortingsvalg. I suppose this is when I tell you about how things work in Norway? We're very much like UK really. We do have a king, but he doesn't really have any political power, he's just got the title. His job is to represent Norway in other countries, go on official visits all around the world, and to visit places and organisations and stuffs in Norway. Our Parliament is Stortinget. That is where the prime minister and all the other ministers are sitting (or standing or whatever it is they do while they're at work.) (Also, if Misha was Norwegian, Stortinget would be where he'd be at when working as an intern He would not stay at the prime-minister's house, he'd be at Stortinget ). They are the ones with the real power. Tho they can't really make any big decitions by themselfs either, it all goes thru the people, or at the very least thru lots of seperate divisions. So yep. More or less. I don't really care, nor know, too much on this really. Might show? But, election is this year, I am old enough to vote this year, and I plan to do that. Only problem tho, I have no idea who to vote for! Politics bore me.. I mean, I know it is important, and I want to do my part, but I have never been able to pay attention, and I still can't. I'm trying, I actually sat down last week to catch a tv debate, but I zoned out all the time... I did find out who not to vote for tho, that's a start! Also, I do have one «safety» lot(?) that I'm gonna vote for if I'm unable to make up my mind on a more constructive level. I might vote for them anyway, of course, but I just want to make sure I really do agree with them on as much as possible, and compare them to all the others etc. Make sure there is no other I should vote for instead.
