Well duh, obviously he is.

But some people think he was alive because of the "7 days, 7 years theory" from Don Killumanti album. He was ment to come back in 2003, what did we see, only **** Nothing at all.
Some people also made theories of "If you are gonna show Tupacs autopsy, show it with his face that can be anyone" and "If that is Tupac then why was it released so early, an autopsy never begins this early"

I really love Tupac...He is a poet before a rapper and you do feel pain and emotion when you listen to certain tracks in which he produced...
Have you heard Black Haze? He sounds and raps just like Tupac. Listen to his song for my dogs. Just like Tupac.
ayo i think that blac haze **** is 4 real tupac comin out of hidin i kno that when you look at blac hazes res ur rection album cover it looks nuttin like pac but he prolly hired tha dude cus he dont want ppl 2 find out yet n he prolly sounds a lil different because of all da weed he smoked over tha years n even if it aint him blac haze can rap just like pac so i dont see y he aint gettin popular he crazy on tracks I aint possitive but that is what i think

Ive got heaps of stuff 4 ya:
You know the album by 2pac that he released before he died that was called "Don Killuminati: The seven day theory"? Well tupac died 7 days after he was shot AND he died at the age of 25, 2+5=7! AND he died at 4:03pm, 4+3=7!
In the video for "I Wonder if Heaven Got a Ghetto" the town it takes place in is called Rukahs. "Rukahs" spelled backwards is "Shakur". The room he goes into with the girl is room number 7. The clock in the background at the end is at 4:03...the same time he officially died.
Tupac's album All Eyes on Me was released on Feb.13, 1996. Tupac "died" on Sept.13, 1996. The two dates are exactly 7 months apart.
At his funeral the media were not allowed, then the funeral was cancelled for unknown reasons (but I know why...)
In interviews prior to the shooting, Tupac talked about how he wanted to stop rapping and being a gangsta and get out of the limelight. What is the only way Tupac could completly escape the media spotlight ??? (Answer: if the public thought he was dead.)
Tupac's other rapper name, Makaveili is very similar to the name of an italian philosipher who faked his own death (Niccol Machiavelli)
I hav a song on my mp3 player called "Pac's New Life" ,which was written before Pac died but is Unrealesed, one of the first lyrics are: "Starts with five shots" Strangely enough tupac was shot 5 times. I dont have time to give you the lyrics to the whole song but it does seem that he is talking about himself getting murdered then getting reincarnated in that song.

Because when you said the thing about the Makaveli album, that was very intriguing and the chance of that being a coincidence is quite remote...
