Official 2005 Coachella lineup announced Tuesday; the eclectic mix has something for just about everyone.

The annual two-day concert kicks off Saturday, April 30. Dozens upon dozens of music artists spanning a multitude of genres will gather together once again to put on one of the hottest shows, literally, in the California desert, just a few miles from Indio. In 2004, it was a competition between the weather and the music as to which was the hottest; temperatures at last year's event reached 105 degrees.

Day one of the concert boasts main headliner Coldplay. The band will for sure draw in the crowds, as their fans are foaming at the mouth for anything Coldplay since the group slowed down production due to the marriage of front man Chris Martin to actress Gwyneth Paltrow and the subsequent birth of their daughter, Apple. Coheadliners Bauhaus, Weezer, Cocteau Twins, The Chemical Brothers, Wilco, Keane, and Snow Patrol also join the bill. The Chemical Brothers will undoubtedly put on a pulse-pounding performance, as they'll be all about promoting their latest release, Push the Button. Austin favorite Spoon will also bring on the energy with their happy-go-lucky indie rock tunes. The diverse lineup of day one also includes Mike Patton's outlandish creation, Fantomas, and one who is new to the mainstream jazz scene, Jamie Cullum. See below for the full list of day-one performers.

Day two brings main headliner Nine Inch Nails. NIN is sure to be a crowd-pleaser, as no matter what ups and downs his music career goes through, Trent Reznor's fans are always on the edge of their seats, eagerly anticipating his next step. Indie darling Bright Eyes joins Gang of Four, Prodigy, Black Star, The Faint, Roni Size, and blast-from-the-past New Order as coheadliners. Conor Oberst, aka Bright Eyes, will have tons of new material to perform from his just-released albums, Digital Ash in a Digital Urn and I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning. One of our picks for Best New Artist of 2004, The Arcade Fire, will bring their Canadian indie melodies to gently sway the California desert. See below for the full list of day-two performers.
