The final Return to Forever album, by Chick Corea's third group to use that name, is a massive four-LP box set that documents a complete concert. This band, in addition to the keyboards of Chick Corea, featured electric bassist Stanley Clarke and singer Gayle Moran plus the reeds of Joe Farrell, drummer Gerry Brown and a five-piece brass section. The music is generally pretty jazz-oriented with extended versions of such songs as "The Musician," "So Long Mickey Mouse," "Musicmagic" and "Spanish Fantasy" along with a piano/bass duet encore version of "On Green Dolphin Street."
