On Subliminal Simulation, the band tries to spread out a few ideas over the course of an album. Except for some interesting forays into spoken word and three standout tracks ("Day in Day Out," "Tricycles and Kittens" and "California Dreamin'"), Dream Warriors' jazz-rap formula has run out of steam.
