A smoothly programmed set of 13 tracks drawing from solo recordings and collaborations with Muzsikas and Vujicsics; it also has a brief contribution to the soundtrack to The English Patient, "Lullaby for Katherine." It's not necessarily her best music on purely aesthetic grounds, with several selections boasting the kind of pristine, precise arrangements that seemed to have been crafted with the NPR audience in mind. But it's the best available overview of her work for someone who wants to get a feel for her recordings.
