Chronicles packages together (albeit rather flimsily and very erratically) a couple of Bon Jovi releases without a hint of logic behind their selections. The first disc, Bon Jovi features two of their minor hits: "Runaway," which put the group on the map, and the pop-happy "She Don't Know Me." Then skipping over their most important works without a further thought, the rest of the disc is rounded out by New Jersey and Blaze of Glory; the latter was Jon Bon Jovi's score to Young Guns II. This could have all been trimmed of filler and put together one disc, and it still wouldn't have made for a decent greatest-hits record. Nevertheless, if you're looking to fill out your Bon Jovi collection to the hilt (and if you're a diehard who doesn't own New Jersey already? Shame on you) this will definitely help fill the gaps.
