Nearly a year back I found a writable CD in a public computer in a library in the city were I live. Being a nosey person I looked to see what was on it. it had 10 tracks most of which were too corrupt to play but the tracks that did play had horrible grating noise on them. after careful waiting I found a homeless man at playing with wave file at that library and the cd as it turns out was made by him.
