Neil Young, who continually follows his own road and always stays open to surprises, knew something was happening during the last year. New songs were coming to him from all angles, and as he started performing them live in concert realized what his next album would be, even if he hadnt really planned on recording one. FORK IN THE ROAD, to be released April 7th on Reprise Records, is music as timely as todays headlines and just as powerful. And like so many of Youngs songs, are inspired by the changes and challenges happening all around him.
