Critic's Review

2.0 out of 5 stars Stephen Thomas Erlewine, All Music Guide
Before Jon Bon Jovi formed Bon Jovi, he made a clutch of recordings at the Power Station, where his cousin, Tony Bongiovi, was a recording engineer. Most of these cuts are pretty much standard Springsteen and AOR hard rock knockoffs, without many distinctive hooks or melodies to offer, but in isolated incidences Bon Jovi does display the charisma that would take him to the top of the charts just a few years later.
