Eternal Champion is a typically tasteful and intriguing set of atmospheric instrumental music from David Arkenstone, but what makes it interesting is that it tells a tale through music. Divided into three acts, the album finds Arkenstone taking his characters through a middle-ages adventure through music. There are a couple of moments where Arkenstone meanders, but even in the quietest moments, there's an enchanting mystery and otherworldly quality that makes it a rewarding listen.
