One can only expect a record entitled Hully Gully by a band called the A-Bones to contain boogie-woogie rock & roll. With both sides containing an aggressive saxophone solo and an upbeat twang of rockabilly, influences such as Chubby Checker, the Big Bopper, Elvis, and early Sun records are apparent throughout this single. Although not very groundbreaking, the A-Bones contain enough energy to raise the roof off of any party. These guys -- and girl -- are definitely more of a band to see live than listen to at home.
