Floyd Tillman's Crazy Cajun Recordings features 26 tracks for Huey P. Meaux's Houston-based label. These are re-recordings of such Tillman classics as "Drivin' Nails in My Coffin"; "Slipping Around" and its follow-up, "I'll Never Slip Around Again"; and "Battle of the Bottle." The only non-original tune is a version of Ernest Tubb's "Walking the Floor Over You." Die-hard Tillman fans will want this, but new listeners should start with The Best of Floyd Tillman on Collector's Choice.
