The popular Live By Request series allows fans to email and call requests to their favorite musicians while they perform a live television broadcast. This disc captures K.D. Lang's performance on the show. The disc offers a standard full-frame transfer that faithfully reproduces the original broadcast aspect ratio. Closed-captioned English soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1, DTS Surround, and PCM Stereo. Although there are no special features, the 16 performances, along with the entertaining on-stage banter, should make this disc highly entertaining for any fan and may win Lang converts to her unique, passionate style.
