It's important to mention that {$Bebel Gilberto} is the daughter of veteran {\bossa nova} crooner {$Joao Gilberto}, whose work literally created the {\bossa nova} genre, and at the same time brought then-wife {$Astrud Gilberto} to the attention of America.
