The second album from the dynamic duo comes with a suitably apt title from a pairing that counts a certain Peter Parker among its number. The cutups have grown up in the two years since their debut, The Main Event, with inspiration coming more from the somber material of DJ Shadow than the crazed comic book shenanigans of fellow turntablist Kid Koala. As such, the classically trained Sneak is given much more room to demonstrate his skills with a double bass, while Parker's Technics trickery is kept from the comics in favor of a role that is best described as slick sample manipulation. Though the album has a sense of the cinematic running throughout its 22 tracks, "Spacecrumbs" and "Once Upon a Time in the East" act as memorable highlights with strings shivering down the spine of thoughtful beats and widescreen arrangements.
