Releasing a live dance disc is kind of like circulating a compact disc from your favorite karaoke bar: Most everything is canned and resembles the original album mixes (or remixes) as well as they can program their machines. My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult uses instruments sometimes, yet still the vocals that probably weren't sampled still sound sampled on Elektrik Inferno Live, which is odd. My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult usually does put on an entertaining live show; however, the music has little to do with it as much as more sexual innuendo than at a burlesque review, and a level of camp that exceeds even that. This disc does a good job of replicating other discs, but not as good of a job at mimicking the band's live spectacles, which makes it pleasant, if a bit redundant.
