Wavestar was comprised of John Dyson and David Ward-Hunt, who hail from Sheffield, England. Past-tense is used because the group is no more, but fortunately this excellent electronic music has become available once again. There are traces of both Tangerine Dream, Kitaro, and European electronic rock, yet there's a definite unique style all their own. Creative composing and the mix of guitars, synthesizers and sequencers make for a rather essential space music release.
