San Jose punk rockers 12 Steps To Nothing were formed in March of 2004 by Paul Mestice and Mac Stevens formerly of the bay area punk/hardcore outfit Jim Jones Brigade. Former NCS drummer Peter McShots joined the fold in April 2007 followed by guitarist Brandon Peaveyhouse in May 2007. The band has worked hard to establish itself as an original act with a driving sound in one of the hardest scenes to break into. They have played over 200+ shows in the Bay Area over the last 3 years, independently released 3 records,and have shared the stage with some of the West Coasts best underground bands and beyond.... 12 Steps To Nothing has released three EP's independently. "Blood and Sawdust" came out in 2005. "6:37" came out in 2006. "Here To Stay" came out in late 2007. The band is also working on a full length record to be released late spring 2008.
