Taking their name from the 1960s television sitcom The Munsters, 1313 Mockingbird Lane -- being the address of this monster family -- got together in 1987 to bring forth their romp of horror theme garage punk and surf. Based out of upstate New York, the band would eventually sign to Cacophone Records and release two singles -- "Naked" b/w "Backwash Beach" (1996) and "Problems" b/w "Drambuie" (1997) -- before calling it quits in 1997. ~ Mike DaRonco, All Music Guide
