A Radio With Guts

Kentucky natives Brandon Tussey (guitar/vocals), Chris Griffith (drums), and Wayne Griffith (bass) had been members of the Connie Dungs throughout the '90s before their time in A Radio With Guts. When the poppier Dungs no longer felt like making that sort of music, the members decided to make a more emotive and heartbreaking sound and formed A Radio With Guts. Gigging around the South to test out their material, they recorded Beat Heart Sweet Stereo and released it on Stardumb Records in 2002. ~ Bradley Torreano, All Music Guide
