Abel Mortis
Abel Mortis' interest in writing narrative fiction draws heavily on the classic influences of Dashiell Hammet, J. Sheridan Le Fanu and Edgar Allan Poe. The additional influence of composers such as Elgar, Mahler & Stravinsky inspired him to pursue a career as a professional sound recordist. The nature of his work in the film and music industries has ranged from bland to bizarre taking him far & wide across the globe. Abel Mortis is currently concentrating on completing the script & soundtrack for his ' Voodoo Terror ' narrative project while also busy developing the storyline for another project titled 'Quiet Toilets Make Me Nervous'. He plans to bring many delights of sight & sound to the world via the Aural Dynamics web site.
