WHERE IT ALL STARTED Born in Brooklyn, raise in a little brownstone on Putnam Ave in the backyard with his dog named Africa who was Ab's number one fan. In the yard show A.B.lewis would sing to his invisible audience and every flower would clap at each performance while his dog just wagged her tail. Some people are born with the gift of song, from a child AB has always love to sing and write songs it was the way he expressed himself. A.B.Lewis is a very low key simple person who still likes to see the sun raise in the mornining or take walks in the park to actualy sit and watch a flower bloom. Ab does not consider himself a musician but he has learned enough cords to express his feelings to you. Well all grown up now with a family of his own AB has learned over the years what it means to have a family being a father of six going through the ups and downs of life wanting to sometimes quit but knowing that you can't. Ab wants to lift your spirits up, give you a good a time and make you think about how easy it is just to be a nice person. He wants you to know that no matter how you feel about things God sees us better then we may even see ourselves. Ab does not like titles, he just wants you to enjoy Life and all it has to offer. "What You Looking For" is a mixture of the many moods we sometimes fall into. Ab has worked with serveral up and comming artist in the past people who all share the same dream of letting the world hear their songs of joy,love and pain. A motto that AB has come to live by is that 'Time tells all truths'. In time you will either get tired or get mad and make a change for the better, but whatever you do you have to understand, that the only one that has the power to do anything in your life is you, so as you listen to his music Ab wants you to imbrace each day with the thought that you can be whatever you want to be and be happy with yourself for God loves all of us and wants us all to be happy people. It's so easy to be hurtful, not caring seems to come natural with some people. We don't have control over others but we can try to be better ourselves and be the example instead of just hoping and wishing, we need to just start doing more.
