Acoustic Food Chain
The self-described "blue age" duo Acoustic Food Chain comprised guitarists Jimmy Sferes and Steve "Guitar" Glotz, a pair of transplanted New Yorkers who began playing together in Colorado in the mid-'70s. After jamming together off and on for years, the duo first teamed professionally in 1989 in the group Borrowed Time, which issued an eponymously titled LP in 1991. A self-titled LP followed in 1996. ~ Mark Donkers, All Music Guide
