The band, After One, features Patty Rose on vocals and bass, Capri Djatiasmoro on drums, and Paul Maniace on guitar. Founded in 1990 by guitarist Paul Maniace, After One plays hard blues and funky, raunchy rock with the sly intelligence and humor of the Rolling Stones. Paul Maniace is a powerful entity with his searing lead guitar licks. Patty Rose drives the rhythm section with her bass licks and Grace Slick-esque lead vocals.Putting in a solid showing on percussion is Capri Djatiasmoro. After One has some of the best material in New York according to its fans and many club managers. Not cliched or trendy, it's just good music. In 1999 After One could be found performing clubs all over New York City. In 1996 came the release of After One's self titled debut release.
