Chicago-based progressive thrashers Aftermath (not to be confused with the similarly named Arizona band from the '80s) featured vocalist Kyriakos Tsiolis, guitarists Steve Sacco and John Lovette, bassist Chris Waldron, and drummer Ray Schmidt. Reminiscent of Anacrusis for their ultra-technical style, they released but a single album, 1994's Eyes of Tomorrow, before vanishing from sight forever. ~ Ed Rivadavia, All Music Guide
