Fusion” is the key word to define the band Coleta Seletiva. If you listen to their songs, you’ll realize that inside of each one there’s a thin voice, that sounds like screams from a teenager girl, unnatural chords, that could be easily used in Brazilian popular music (bossa nova and samba), and rhythms that can appear just like in slow songs, with a few bpm, or like in the faster hardcore. Their lyrics are singed in Portuguese and are about people’s daily issues, that even to you may sound familiar.
