Bare Necessities
Formed in Boston, Bare Necessities play folk dance music drawing from classical, Baroque, and English music. The quartet is comprised of pianist Jacqueline Schwab, flutist Peter Barnes, and violinists Earl Gaddis and Mary Lea. Two albums have been released on two labels -- English Country Dances appeared in 1984 on the Varrick label, and seven years later Flying Fish released Take a Dance. ~ John Bush, All Music Guide
