Born of Sin
Born of Sin was formed in 2001 of members from Conformatory and Night spirit in the town of Trollhattan, Sweden. They play traditional Swedish death metal with a few black influences. In 2003 they recorded their first demo named The Beheader. Because of some trouble in the bands line-up the demo wasnt sent out. A year later, with some changes in the line-up, a new demo, named Hell will walk the earth, was recorded. Around 50-60 records was sent out as promotion. During the years 04 and 05 Born of Sin made 10-12 appearances, and had the opportunity to play together with such bands as Dismember, Lord Belial, Evergrey, Impious, Transport League and Bestial Mockery to name a few. In the beginning of 2006, the demo Hell will walk the earth was named as the best demo of the issue, in the large Swedish zine Close Up and a European Tour together with Lord Belial and Dark Fortress was arranged. During the tour Born of Sin visited Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands and Austria. After the tour Born of Sin was contacted by the label Unexploded Records and signed with them. In august 06 Born of Sin recorded their first EP, named Let it begin, and their first full length album is to be recorded during the winter of 06/07. Stay tuned!
