The greatest lyricist to ever grace hip hop.

Many people disrespect Canibus simply because of all of the negative hype surrounding him. Even the review on this website (taken from allmusic.com) is biased against him. His first album "Can-I-Bus" has been referred to as a "flop" or even a "joke", and because of these stigmas, any subsequent album releases have been merely brushed off. As far as Canibus' albums go, he has at least 2 classic albums, 2 that he has merely released to start a buzz around his name and create revenue for future endeavors (Mind Control, Hip Hop for Sale (look at the title)), and 2 albums that were not well-received, but were still lyrically sound albums. What most people (practically everyone ever) don't understand is that Canibus has a greater plan beyond what he has ever done before. He has dropped clues in lyrics and in interviews and although his ultimate goal is still ambiguous, if all goes well he will be remembered as one of the undeniable greats of all time.
