Capt. Kowatchi
Captain Kowatchi is a practitioner of the so-called "illbient" form of dub/techno, having graced recordings by Scarab, as well as several compilations. After touring Europe in 1997 as part of the Crooklyn Dub Consortium, Kowatchi landed a solo deal with Baraka, which released his debut LP, Conference of the Birds, later that year. ~ Steve Huey, All Music Guide
