lovely song

I first hear this song when watching a love series from Korea,, as an insert music, this song impressed me deeply, having little sadless ,some helpless ,anyway this song is perfect.
Also Cliff Richard ,who I just know has come to be one of my favorite singer ,i wish to know more about this artist.

I hope to have this CD , woule someone kindly tell me how can i get for i have search for many CD stores and lots of websites.
