Crosstops are a collection of 18-wheeler-obsessed punk rockers from the Bay Area. The band members go by trucker handles like Porkchop, Chatty, and the Wooper, composing odes to Johnny Paychecks across the U.S.A. which sound like "good old punk rock meeting the rotting corpse of Hank Williams." Barry Ward, also known as the Wooper, was a founding member of Rich Kids on L.S.D. and has played with Me First and the Gimme Gimmes and GWAR. Isaac Camner, aka Eyeball, also directs music videos for the likes of Rancid, NOFX, and many more. The band released their first 7" EP Drinkin, Fightin, Fuckin, and Truckin in 1997, and their debut album Cloverleaf Fandango in 2000. ~ Alex Zorn, All Music Guide
