Flamenco trio from Triana, the gypsy quarter of Seville, Spain (believed to be the birthplace of flamenco). With Nino de Almaden on vocals and Mario Escudero and Carlos Ramos on guitar, they recorded an effective album for Tradition, Flamenco de Triana, of both melancholy love songs and guitar instrumentals, which was reissued on CD in 1997. ~ Richie Unterberger, All Music Guide
