Degenerates

This abominable band was conceived near the end of 1979 (Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan). Inspired by the urban legend of Namtons, it came in and out of remission during the 1980s. Finally, this festering copulation of tracks has been deposited on CD! and has thrust itself upon the world via the internet! We are degenerates: Scott Boman (Vocals & noise makers) John Butterfield (Bass & Vocals) Robin Corley (Guitar & track #5 vocals) Robert Vansiles (Drums) Guest Artists: Dana Wills (Drums) & John Collins (Stand-up Bass) Vocalist Scott Boman went on to perform with "Spite" in Kalamazoo, Michigan. While in Kalamazoo he wrote controversial opinion Columns in the "Western Herald", and founded "Fellowship of the Purple Cube" which hosted many a fine show. In the 1990's Boman became a perenial Libertarian politician. Guest bassist, John Collins, Later performed with "44 Calibur Records" recording artist "Spanking Bozo," and the Chicago based group, "The Poppies."
