Diego Duey
Diego Duey has a concentration in Culture, History, Literature and Music. His B.A. is from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and his M.A. is from the Center for Advanced Studies of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean in San Juan. Diego Duey has continued post-graduate courses in Educational Technology and works with the production of educational videos and music. He has been teaching for the Department of Education in Puerto Rico, and also has worked as a teacher in Boston, Mexico and France. Diego Duey has emphasized the learning of history through music, and has currently a book published by the University of Puerto Rico. This publication, "Canciones de la aurora" is illustrated and includes a CD with the 27 songs, won him the Latino Books Award in the year 2006.
