In a classical upbringing, dwight won the Philadelphia Orchestra youth competitions twice, performing with the orchestra at age 9 and again at age 12. From 18 on, dwight has concentrated solely on pure improvisation, but stopped playing altogether some 15 years ago. Bitten once again by the desire to return to the keyboard this year, dwight has now completed two online albums, "noodler" (on a Baldwin studio upright) and "GRAND noodler" (recorded on a "new" Knabe baby grand).
