E.T.C was formed in the Blue Mountains, 2 hours west of Sydney in 1998. Since then then band has been through various changes and founding member, guitarist and songwriter GoaTzaR is looking for an entirely new line up. E.T.C is loosely categorized as "alternative metal". Similar artists many and varied.Some of which include Kyuss, Black Sabbath, Smashing Pumpkins, S.T.P, Rage Against the Machine, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and even incorporates elements of blues, funk and soul... But the real problem here is not the "likes", it's the "unlikes". There really is nothing else like E.T.C, combining metal, experimentation, funk, soul, blues, ambience and everything in between
