Filmmaker

Filmmaker is a Canadian foursome that came together quickly in the wake of the breakup of bassist Michael Dawson and drummer Troy Bjorndal's band at the time. They gained a reputation for their wild stage shows, which often result in mass destruction. They were very successful through the www.MP3.com website, leading to a successful EP in the form of 2001's Break This Fall. In 2002, they stepped into the studio with Sum 41 producer Blair Calibaba to record a full-length album. An Invitation to an Accident appeared in September 2002. ~ Bradley Torreano, All Music Guide
